About Sarah Linden | MOT, OTR/L

I am an occupational therapist committed to helping children and families learn how to have calm and connected mealtimes. My work focuses on implementing responsive feeding techniques which promotes the safe relationship between children and their caregivers. This is foundational to our work in expanding the food preferences of cautious eaters.

I believe in taking a family centered approach to helping clients reach their goals where parents learn how to carryover the recommendations and implement them into their everyday life.

I am passionate about creating feelings of safety for children struggling with feeding differences, and am interested in learning more about how our nervous system impacts regulation during meals.

If you’re interested in scheduling an evaluation with me, please send me a message. I look forward to connecting with you!
